Aussie Tball

Aussie T-ball is a nationally recognised by Baseball Australia. The main aim of Aussie T-ball is to have fun and learn some of the basic rules of baseball.

Aussie Tball is opened to girls and boys born 2013, 2012 and 2011. It is modified version of baseball that is non-competative. The games are played on Saturday morning at 8.15am and run for 45 minutes. Home ground is Ruddock park.

Uniform requirements for players: Pants, glove, shirt and hat are all included in the registration fees for Aussie T-ball. Each team is provided with a kit which includes balls, helmets, bases and bats. Pants and gloves are to be handed back at the end of the season.

Volunteers required: Each team is required to provide a coach and manager

Little League T-Ball

Tball is open to girls and boys born in 2010. This is a modified version of baseball which is a ungraded competitive competition. Games are played at a variety of times and locations on Saturday morning. Home ground is Ruddock Park.

Uniform requirements for players: Shirts are provided by the Club. Hats need to be purchased from the Club for $25. Players will be required to have a glove, white baseball pants, blue belt and blue socks. These can be purchased locally at Red Stitches click here for their website. Each team is given a kit with bases, helmets, bats and balls.

Volunteers required: Each team is required to provide a coach, manager, scorer and umpire. The club provides training for scorers, coaches and umpires.

Little League Minors Machine Pitch

Zooka is opened to boys and girls born in 2009 and 2008. Zooka is a modified version of baseball where players hit the ball from a machine called a Zooka. Games run for 1 hour and 15 mins or a maximum of 5 innings. They are played at a variety of times and different locations on Saturday. Home ground games are played at Ruddock Park.

LL Minor Live Ball, LL Major Live Ball, Junior League Live Ball, Senior League Live Ball, Big League Live Ball

Live ball is open to boys and girls born in 2007 and earlier. Rules are still a modified version of Baseball but the fielding team provides a pitcher. Games are played at a variety of times and different locations on Saturday. Home ground games are played at Oakleigh Oval.

Uniform requirements for players: Shirts are provided by the Club. Hats need to be purchased from the Club for $25. Players will be required to wear white baseball pants, blue belt and blue socks. Players will also need a glove and cleats (not metal) or soccer boots. These can be purchased locally at Red Stitches click here for their website. Each team is given a kit with bases, helmets, bats and balls.
